I recently had occaision to drop writs, philtres, and some other items in the mansion chests for others to use. I was suprised that I was not granted access. Is this across the board.. Each monarchy does things different, so I'll get used to it. The benefit of doubt would have been nice though..

The only ones with access to the chests currently are myself and PoA.
